David has more than 21 years of advertising, marketing and strategic planning experience under his belt, including strategic campaign development, copywriting and account supervision. Prior to joining Barcellona, David was client services manager for an advertising agency and a high-tech marketing firm. His experience includes managing teams, accounts, copywriting and strategic planning. During his career, David has worked on big name national accounts giving us a strategic edge when it comes to meeting our clients’ challenges.
David is a member of the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM) and a Certified New Home Marketing Professional (CMP) from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). These are the NAHB’s highest designations recognizing the nation’s top real estate marketing professionals. Additionally, he is the former president of the Sacramento Advertising Club as well as recipient of the 1993 Advertising Person of the Year and many prestigious creative awards.
