FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

(Roseville, CA) October 22nd, 2007—This weekend, October 27th and 28th, Syncon Homes will bring out all the stops to make deals on homes at its five current Northern California communities. The locally-owned builder has announced their ability to deliver solar capability for the first time.  During the two-day Let’s Make a Deal event, select inventory homes will include a state-of-the-art solar electric system for free.  In addition, the owners of Syncon Homes will be on hand to provide a quick turn around on any offer made during the event. No more haggling with sales agents or bargaining for incentives. The Syncon family wants to give buyers the true bottom line and this is the weekend to do it.

“We are very excited to be able to offer solar for the first time at all of our communities,” said Zach Streight, director of marketing for Syncon Homes. “We decided to celebrate this by incorporating a free solar giveaway into our ‘Let’s Make a Deal’ Event.  Between the combination of incredible deal making opportunities and free solar, we truly believe that now is the best time to buy a Syncon home.”

Seventeen inventory homes are available at Vistancia in Elk Grove, Cobblestone in Sacramento, Bacarra in Rancho Cordova, Riverview in Lathrop and Las Casas in Atwater and when these homes are gone the deals will disappear.

“This is a great opportunity to deal directly with the decision makers of the company,” continued Streight.

At Cobblestone, Syncon Homes has designed six floor plans that cater to modern sensibilities and social entertainment. Floor plans range in size from 1,346 to 2,220 square feet with three to five bedrooms and two and half to three bathrooms and start from the upper $200,000s. With a great location just north of Elk Grove, Cobblestone is minutes away from shopping, dining and great schools in the Elk Grove School District.  And to get downtown for work or to catch an IMAX movie or a Rivercats game, homeowners can walk to the nearby E-Train station just down the street.

At Vistancia in Elk Grove’s Madeira master plan, Syncon Homes has created a selection of flexible floor plans ranging in size from 2,135 to 4,208 square feet. The four versatile plans offer three to six bedrooms and two and half to three bathrooms to fit any buyer’s needs. With a highly anticipated location in the heart of Elk Grove, Vistancia is minutes away from all of life’s necessities. Pricing starts in the upper $400,000s.

Homes at Bacarra in Rancho Cordova offer one- and two-story floor plans ranging in size from 1,885 to 3,323 square feet. Prices start in the upper $300,000s in this community that boasts the convenience of Sacramento’s nearby employment centers and the refuge of open space and easy access to South Lake Tahoe.

Spacious and architecturally stunning, homes at Las Casas range from approximately 2,000 to 3,770 square feet with up to five bedrooms. Vast customizing options enable homeowners to create a plan that fits perfectly with their family’s lifestyle, with dens, master retreats, guest suites, bonus rooms, home offices and lofts. Pricing at Las Casas starts in the mid $300,000s.

A harmony of sophistication and simplicity is the inspiration for Riverview at Mossdale Landing.  With family-oriented design defined by casual elegance, Riverview offers six floor plans ranging in size from 2,005 to 3,297 square feet and three to six bedrooms.
With its close proximity to the Bay Area and prices from the high $300,000s, Riverview is an affordable and desirable alternative to urban home ownership.
