(Rocklin, CA) March 15, 2008 - Whitney Ranch has launched its new website this week with a fresh look and added features. WhitneyRanch.net boasts a new design, in coordination with the “Room For Your View” community resident focus theme launched last year for the master planned community in Rocklin. The site’s added features make it easier for new home shoppers to navigate to the information they desire, whether they are searching for information on a new home, the community’s outstanding amenities or the Rocklin Unified School District.

“The goal was to make the site more convenient for new home shoppers,” said Rebecca Parre, regional marketing director for Newland Communities, developer of Whitney Ranch. “We recognize the convenience of being able to shop for a new home on the internet. I hope they (new home shoppers) find it a useful tool.”

Highlights of the revamped site include a Find Your Home feature that allows users to search for a home based on six different criteria including number of bedrooms and price range. New home shoppers can save their favorite Whitney Ranch neighborhoods, homes and floorplans their own special folder with the new My Whitney Ranch feature.

The site includes extensive information about Whitney Ranch’s various amenities including the just-opened Whitney Community Park and The Ranch House, a resident-exclusive community center. Find out more about Whitney Ranch’s long term environmental alliance with the Sierra Foothills Audubon Society and the demonstrative garden set to open late summer 2008. 

New home shoppers can also find information on the Rocklin Unified School district which includes the award-winning Whitney High School, two future onsite elementary schools and one middle school.
